Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee, workout out at home or in the gym, there are training programs suitable for everyone! Optimise your nutrition and create your own meal plan, taking inspiration from the 100s of healthy and nutritious recipes available in app.

Lift Up offers 5 goal-specific training programs to choose from, all with differing approaches and training styles to meet all needs and abilities.

- Beginner, intermediate and advanced training programs.

- Choose between gym-based and home-based programs, with whatever equipment you have available. Switch between programs as and when it suits you.

- Each 8 or 12-week program offers a unique style of training. If you have a goal of growing lean muscle and lifting heavy, subscribe to the Build Program! If you love HIIT circuits and getting sweaty from home, subscribe to the Home Burn Program!

- View your upcoming workouts on your personal training calendar. Track your weights, sets and reps to ensure that you are making frequent progressions towards your goal.
