🏠 CURATED HOME WORKOUTS
A growing library of FREE home workouts for all fitness levels, from Beginner to Guru, carefully curated by trainers. Workouts range from 7-minute to 30-minute, grouped by categories (e.g. cardio, stretching, quick workouts and more) and focus areas (e.g. abs, chest, arms, legs, glutes and more). Regardless if you prefer tabata, HIIT, strength training or if you want to train a specific body part, there’s something for everyone.
New workout routines will be added every month.
🔥 MINIMAL/NO EQUIPMENT EXERCISES
We have over 330 bodyweight & minimal equipment home exercises across different workouts. All you need are basic equipment such as a mat, a towel, and a bench/chair/stool. Although dumbbells are optional, we highly recommend you to get a pair to reap the best training results.
Warm-up and cool-down options are also available to get your body ready for the workouts & help with muscle recovery.
🎥 GUIDED EXERCISE VIDEOS
Every workout is equipped with guided video support, showing you how to perform the exercises with the right form. Each exercise also comes with detailed preparation and execution text instructions, its targeted body parts, exercise cue tips & safety concerns. Be sure to go through each exercise page and execute them correctly to minimize injuries.
