WZPDCL would like to provide Mobile Application to its customers in both English and Bangla version regarding the following:
1. Can login with registered mobile number to the system.
2. Can register with existing customer account number and new mobile number if mobile number not exist in the system.
3. Can see detail customer and connection information.
4. Detailed postpaid due bill information for payment and can pay through available payment gateway.
5. Can see last 12 months payment information which are paid by online payment gateway.
6. Can see last 12 months electricity usage information through bar chart.
7. Can update his/her account’s additional information for current beneficiary of a connection.
8. Can call to call center hotline number.
9. Can create new complaint with map location and reference file.
10. Can see Submitted complaint, Progress complaint, Solved Complaint and Rejected complaint.
11. Can see official Instruction for Progress compliant.
12. Can give feedback for Solved complaint.
13. Can mail to WZPDCL support email.
14. Can apply for New Connection.
15. Can check New Connection application status and pay Estimate cost and Demand cost through available payment gateway.
16. Can retrieve New Connection Tracking Number by mobile number (if forgot).
17. Can retrieve New Connection PIN by Tracking Number (if forgot).
18. Can see all unit office necessary information.
19. Can see all unit office Executive, Feeder Supervisor and Feeder In-charge information.
20. Can attend in Quiz.
21. Can attend in Survey.
22. Can see User Guide document.
23. Can find all social media link.
24. Can find update news.
