Provided by the Black Dog Institute, Shift delivers essential mental health and wellbeing skills across a range of topics, including: depression, anxiety, burnout, shift work, sleep, diet and exercise, exams and interviews, and bullying. Shift also has an inbuilt tracker to lodge your daily mood, exercise, work, and sleep patterns.
Confidential and secure, you can use Shift at your own pace, with activities taking just a few minutes!
