Mindful - The first user-centric mindfulness app with guided meditations and relaxing piano music

This app will help you with your daily mindfulness practice. "Achtsam" recommends the right exercise for you depending on the situation and thus adapts perfectly to your current needs. It doesn't matter whether you already have experience with mindfulness exercises or are just starting out - with "Achtsam" you train to become more conscious, relaxed and inwardly stronger in everyday life.

1) Individual orientation: With a short status quo query, the exercises are always precisely tailored to you. The app takes into account your current posture, your stress level and your time quota and whether you can close your eyes.

2) Great variety: A total of 54 free and individually designed exercises await you, inspired by the mindfulness pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn.

3) Speech and music: A total of 216 minutes of professionally guided mindfulness exercises, accompanied by specially composed piano music.

4) Suitable for everyday use and sustainable: The shortest exercise takes just one minute - this makes practicing mindfulness possible anytime, anywhere and in the long term!

Features:

- Selection of speaker and piano accompaniment: You can use icons to switch the speaker's voice and/or the piano music on and off individually during each exercise.

- Instruction text in short form: In all exercises where you keep your eyes open, you can choose to read the instruction text in abbreviated form.

- Save favourites: You can use the heart symbol to save the exercises in a favorites list during and after playback so that you can quickly find your favorite exercises again.

- Sticking with it pays off: If you stick with your mindfulness practice every day, the cairn will gradually grow on the start screen. Can you pile up all eight stones? In addition, different colored flowers are now blooming around the cairn. There is one yellow flower for versatility, i.e. as soon as all exercises from the lying, sitting, standing and walking categories have been completed. The red flowers honor perseverance: starting with 50 minutes of mindfulness practice in a row up to 10,000 minutes. The blue flowers symbolize the accumulated total number of days.

The team:

Aline Schmid: Aline is a mindfulness trainer, mediator and systemic business coach. In her seminars and training courses for private individuals and companies, it is particularly important to her to make mindfulness easy and sustainable to experience in everyday life. She also trains prospective mindfulness and resilience trainers and writes articles for specialist journals. She designed, recorded and wrote all 54 exercises in the app herself.

Steffen Grell: As an industrial engineer, Steffen Grell got to know the hectic side of everyday life. As a composer, he dedicates himself entirely to relaxation music and the question of how he can create a space of inner peace and clarity through his work. He composed 12 piano pieces for the various exercises.
