Running Mama APP
Inside the app you will find various sections.
From WORKOUTS, you will be able to access your Home training program for the current month. Every month a new level will be unlocked, always made up of three types of exercises:
1) Cardio
2) Muscular
3) Abdominal breathing
Each program includes, in addition to the technical data sheet, demonstration videos for the correct execution of the exercises. Home workouts are designed to be able to be performed at home too: they involve overloads and resistance and require the use of only kettlebells and elastic bands.
Gym training plans, however, involve the use of specific tools and machinery. They are accessible from the RESOURCES section, where you will also find some extra content that you can integrate into your programming. Gym levels, unlike Home levels, are not automatically unlocked every month. Therefore, to take advantage of it you will have to contact the app staff via email.
In POWER, you will find:
1) A food guide, with indications and suggestions developed by an expert and regularly registered nutritionist;
2) Different menus, i.e. different daily and/or weekly programs for each season and objective (spring, autumn, detox menu... etc.);
3) Various healthy, light and tasty recipes to lose weight with taste;
4) A section dedicated to vegetarian diets, with tips for building balanced meals.
The application can be downloaded for free, but to access you must be registered on the Running Mama platform.
