לא לשכוח לנשום APP
The reason why breathing is so important is quite simple, you can fast for a few days but you can't stop breathing.
The action of the breath is automatic of course otherwise we could not stop thinking about it, the very scary thought ... So why would you really want to be aware of the breath?
Incorrect and unconscious breathing (in the long run) will cause damage to the body and brain which is mainly manifested in muscle weakness, chronic fatigue, stress, lack of concentration, depression, difficulty breathing, poor immune system and more.
In contrast, breathing awareness can help and develop our abilities to relax, loosen up, enjoy the moment and most importantly rest on busy days.
All of these will lead you to a healthy quality of life in body and mind.
Superficial breath
Most of the time we breathe a superficial breath which is only a third of the oxygen capacity of the lungs.
I mean we put in a very low amount of oxygen which causes the above symptoms and creates a condition that many of the people who live in the modern age suffer from chronic lack of oxygen without knowing it.
For some reason it is important for us to eat and drink so that we do not start to feel hungry, weak, sick and the like but it is difficult for us to understand that oxygen is much more important and necessary.
Conscious breath
An action that we have unconsciously done today can very easily and with minimal investment make conscious action more effective. The goal is not to replace all of our breaths with full breaths but to give a few minutes a day for full, conscious breathing to prevent oxygen deprivation.
Just as you free up time for food or drink, it's time to give time to breath as well.
With conscious breath we utilize all the lung volume and thus we can get the amount of oxygen needed for the day.
In addition, conscious breathing will help you clean up debris and toxins for example carbon dioxide.
