Functional Strength Training techniques involve using a combination of weights, calisthenics, and mobility training to strengthen otherwise and often neglected areas of the body. It`s extremely diverse, stimulating, effective and progressive. For most people, the purpose of functional training is to build strength to make daily activities easier to perform or to better their sports performance. The aim is to be able to live and move with ease and without joint pain and muscle soreness. We prioritize health and ability and the dream appearance follows.
