HOW OUR PIZZAS ARE MADE: The dough undergoes a natural fermentation process of at least 48 hours. We use 00 Italian flour, with some mixtures made in-house to make our recipe unique. This gives the pizzas an undeniable quality: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, full of alveoli, with a low glycemic index and very light to digest. The fermentation process also influences the appearance, aroma and taste of pizza. This care is not limited to pizza, the house ingredients are also carefully chosen, all handmade.
