In fact, the beef available in the store also comes from our breeding where scottone are raised, mainly of the Limousine and Charolais breeds fed with raw materials grown in our countryside.

After slaughtering, the meat reaches the point of sale where it is carefully matured for 25 to 200 days before being put on sale.
