Progilift APP
Maintenance :
On each technician's PDA is a list of the maintenance visits he must perform.
During his visits, the technician can consult the history of maintenance and interventions and has a precise list of the operations he must perform.
A note field allows it to provide information that will appear on the maintenance report.
At the end of his visit, he can have the client sign the report. All this information is then sent to Progilift to edit a maintenance report.
Repair :
Progilift Mobile takes on its full meaning in the treatment of interventions.
When requesting an intervention, information is entered on the Progiweb site (your company or your call center) which is instantly sent to the PDA of the sector technician or to the on-call technician.
The technician receives his fault, can take charge of it and treat it quickly.
Just like for maintenances, it can consult the maintenance and intervention histories.
By validating his intervention, he closes the failure on Progiweb and updates the data on Progilift, creates the intervention report and sends the intervention slip to Progilift Billing.
Missions:
Progilift Mobile also makes it possible to deal with specific requests which are neither maintenance nor interventions.
