Instructions:
go to the next page by clicking on the target bottom and choose your ideal hours for the mentioned activities then click on the accept bottom. Now your ideal hours will appear on the chart.
After this at the end of each day, note spent hours for each of the mentioned activities by pressing "today" bottom. It's better to do this at a certain hour (for example, 10 or 11 pm)
From now on you're able to compare average spent time on four activities with your ideal (in maximum this average is related to the past 30 days) and by revising your daily activities, you come closer to your ideal life.
Each one of these four activities is defined as below:
Sleeping: it has a simple definition, how many hours did you sleep past 24 hours?
Work: how many hours you've been active in earning money?
Life: Here it means activities that you're satisfied doing them. For example, spending time with family or friends, recreation and exercising, studying in areas of interest, etc.
Wasting time: means doing anything aimlessly. For instance, being active in social networks without any purpose or playing video games without the intention of fun and pleasure and only as an addiction.
