At Leo Boeck we establish a balance of producing artisanal products with modern technologies and techniques such as meat massaging, which helps to provide better quality, in facilities that comply with current regulations. We receive fresh and selected meats from the country daily.

They do not contain thickeners such as starch, they do not contain gluten, lactose, or milk protein. We dispense with flavor enhancers such as monosodium glutamate and carrageenans, thus eliminating unnecessary additives.
In this way, we obtain a product of the highest quality in all our products.
Within our cooked sausages you will find other surprising varieties such as our Bratwurst, Picantwurst or Malagueña.
Leo Boeck burgers are made with fresh meat from noble pieces. Our new low-pressure production process achieves a spongier texture, which gives us superior juiciness, maintaining the same flavor as always. Among the specialties we have the classic pork with garlic and parsley, the Morunas, the spicy ones, or the different beef varieties, such as the classic beef, the old cow or the Black Angus.

All fresh sausages are made by hand, so the weights and measurements we show are approximate.
Pulled Pork Leo Boeck is made with pork shoulder, to which a long cooking at low temperature with spices is applied. It is sold in 1 kg trays for Hospitality and in 180 g trays for Retail.
At Leo Boeck, we make top-quality artisanal bacon, smoked with beech wood.
We make two types of bacon, the naturally cured and smoked, and the smoked semi-cooked without rind and without beef. We have pieces and sliced format for both types.
Leo Boeck aged sausages are made with 100% pork, without mechanically separated meats and stuffed in natural casing. They do not contain thickeners such as starch, they are gluten-free, lactose-free, or milk protein-free, without flavor enhancers such as monosodium glutamate and without carrageenans, eliminating unnecessary additives for a product of the highest quality. We aerate them naturally, without accelerate the process, with the aim of avoiding imbalances in PH, which cause acidity. In this way we get an authentic flavor.
We make special fresh sauces with the highest quality ingredients, for a perfect pairing with our sausages and hamburgers, and for other dishes such as potatoes, rice or salads, etc.
The varieties are Mustard, Tomato, Salsa Brava, Diablo, Salsa Curry, Ranchera, Campera, Jardinera and our version of All i oli. We package them in different formats to facilitate consumption.
