Unified Office’s Time Wizards application has been designed to simplify a customer’s need to remotely manage their business practice’s Total Connect NowTM (TCN) VoIP service status. This is handy when the front office staff simply want to redirect calls to voicemail during a lunch break, or to close one location (during normal business hours) and divert calls to another location in the event of an emergency, inclement weather, or other situation. When properly configured, open/close status of a customer’s offices or store
locations can be set “on-the-fly”, inclusive of their underlying call flows, or even change service status at a future date/time.
