1. INVOICES: you can check paid invoices and also be able to access the barcode to pay open invoices.
2. ADDRESS: here you can ask Plena to change the address where our connection is installed to another address.
3. PLANS: you can access the contracted plan (s) and find out more details.
4. CALLS: in this function it is possible to check your open calls and also know those that have already been closed with the resolution of the situation. You can also access the ANA function and open your call to Plena's Commercial, Support or Finance.
5. CONNECTION: here you can check if your connection is active, how many devices are connected to the WI-FI equipment and other control functions.
6. INFORM PAYMENT: Simply enter your open invoice, select option WAITING and then access the INFORMATION PAYMENT. Attaching the image of the receipt is just send and I await the normal process of the call.
7. NEGOTIATION: Simply enter the invoice option in our APP, select the ACCOUNT NEGOTIATION option and then select how many installments you want to pay off your debt. You will receive a link with which you can make the payment and complete the process.
