This is an S-1 customer center application that allows you to check security area security/release, apply for additional services, contract information, and security/release history.

● Easy guard/disarm
You can check the status of your security area and change your security area status in real time.

● Check contract information at a glance
You can check expense/release history, services used, fee information, Secom card issuance status, etc. at once.

● Real-time chat consultation
You can get your questions answered right away through real-time chat consultation.

● Easy device inspection
If the installed device requires after-sales service, you can easily request an inspection.

※ The application can only be accessed using the S1 homepage ID.

- Phone: Used to connect to the customer center by phone.
- Photo: Used to attach an image.
- Camera: Used to attach images using photo taking.

※ S1 requests minimum access rights for users to use the app smoothly.
※ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, all required access rights can be applied without optional access rights.
In this case, you must upgrade the operating system to 6.0 or higher and reinstall the app to set access permissions properly.
※ If you are using an existing app, you must delete and reinstall the app to set access rights.
