The "TELE-BUS Kraków" application allows you to place orders for journeys carried out by MPK S.A. in Krakow as part of the TELE-BUS service (transport service on demand), in the area of ​​Krakow Płaszów - Rybitwy, during the hours specified in the Regulations for the provision of the TELE-BUS service.

After registering in the application, the Passenger has the option of placing an order for a single or multiple journey (the so-called periodic order) between TELE-BUS stops. When placing an order, please provide: date of travel, start and end stop, departure time from the starting stop or arrival time to the end stop and the number of people transported, and for periodic orders, the starting and ending dates of the order. In addition, in the event of a disabled person traveling, it is possible to reserve a space for a wheelchair. TELE-BUS stops can be selected in the application from the list of stops or by selecting the TELE-BUS stop on the map. Information about the status of orders and reminders about upcoming journeys may be sent to the Passenger as SMS or e-mail messages. In the case of reminders, you can set the time in which the message is to be sent, e.g. 30 before the planned arrival of the bus. The application allows you to check the status and history of orders, whether orders have been accepted for execution (planned), completed or, unfortunately, rejected. While waiting for the arrival of the bus, the Passenger has the ability to track the vehicle's position on the map available in the application.

As this is an on-demand transport service where bus journeys are planned based on orders placed by passengers, the app has a cancellation feature - please use this feature in the event of cancellation so that another Passenger will be able to use the TELE service -BUS.

The application also allows the Passenger to modify such data as: login, password and email address. If it is necessary to modify the mobile phone number, please contact the TELE-BUS Dispatcher at the helpline number (12) 254 17 17.

People currently using the TELE-BUS service, who have previously placed an order for the service by phone, have already been registered in the application, and their temporary login is the Passenger's system number (ID). In order to obtain the password to the application, these persons should use the function of recovering credentials ("Forgot something?" Button on the login page). Then they should log in to the system and fill in the missing data, e.g. new login, e-mail address, and change the password.

The application has also been prepared in English and Italian. The user can select the language version of the application in the user preferences settings.
