Mijn Stadjerspas APP

The Stadjerspas is a facility of the Municipality of Groningen.
The pass is provided in the context of Poverty Reduction and the promotion of Participation, enabling this large group of people to participate. With the pass, subscribers can purchase products and services that are offered by the municipality, local entrepreneurs and other welfare institutions.

Why My Stadjerspas

To achieve these goals, the Stadjerspas has commissioned BuenO Sales to have this app developed.

Functionalities of the app My Stadjerspas
1. Free calls with My BuenO Telecom.
2. Ordering and booking products and services via UwTicketbox
3. News and information.

Ad 1 - My BuenO Telecom
Stadjerspas holders have been using Mijn BuenO Telecom for 4 years now.
A calling app with which the user can make free calls to service providers such as the general practitioner, debt counseling, social services, energy suppliers, etc.
Free calling is one of the functionalities of My Stadjerspas
That means that app My BuenO Telecom will be placed under the app My Stadjerspas

Ad2 - YourTicketbox
Subscribers can currently order products and reserve services offered by local entrepreneurs via a ticket box of the Stadjerspas. The subscriber has indicated that he is not satisfied with this ticket box and therefore makes little use of it. But with it also of the products and services that are made available to the target group. Encouraging Participation is lagging behind in policy implementation. The administrator has also indicated that he does not find the current product user-friendly and that he experiences the possibilities or functionalities as limited. All in all, enough reasons to improve the ticket box, a so-called version 2. The new ticket box will be part of My Stadjerspas as the UwTicketbox app.
The purpose of UwTicketbox is to encourage subscribers to use the products and services available through the Stadjerspas. And thereby give the stimulation of Participation a boost. With an app that is user-friendly with a look and feel that invites. The option to pay, iDEAL, for the purchased products and services will be built in. The subscriber will then no longer have to wait in line to use a service that may be sold out and then become disappointed.

Ad3 - News, information and communication
Subscribers receive a monthly newsletter from the Stadjerspas by e-mail.
It appears that a large proportion do not receive these for various reasons. Stadjerspas wants to send the newsletters, but also other information that they consider important for the subscriber via My Stadjerspas.
An important part of the subscribers consists of people who have problems with the Dutch language. Information is then not understood or interpreted in a different way than intended. Within the framework of the general standard for accessibility that has been in force since 1 January 2017, the Stadjerspas pays special attention to the group of deaf and hard of hearing people. The decree states, among other things, that the information provided by municipalities must be comprehensible to as many people as possible.
Information and communication will be provided in the following manner:
1. The monthly digital newsletter of the Stadjerspas
2. Digital via image and subtitles at A2 language level.
3. Digitally spoken, visual or written in Arabic and English
4. Possibly with a sign language interpreter in picture
