The Portuguese Orthographic Vocabulary, fifth edition, 2009 search system contains 381,000 entries, their grammatical classifications and other information as described in the Orthographic Agreement.

Differences between the printed VOLP and the online version are almost always the result of the latter having incorporated corrections published in a supplement, with changes made after the 5th edition.
