The Let’s Talk Mobile app that aims to connect all municipalities across South Africa with their respective communities to engage in service delivery and community problems. At the same time as local and provincial government are face an aging workforce and budget reductions, new consumer-grade expectations from citizens and new standards for efficiency and transparency must be addressed.
