Labor time is the app that allows fulfill the obligations that mark both the Royal Decree-Law 16/2013 of 20 December that establishes the need for a daily record of the hours of part-time workers, such as marking the Workers' Statute (Article 35.5) which states that "for purposes of computing overtime, the day of each worker be recorded every day".

Laboral time you can register your workday, sign their regular and overtime each week and keep track of their hours worked, periods of low and monthly rentals.

Its operation is very simple:

Once downloaded for free and installed the app, you must enter the data received in the welcome email. The username and password are assigned by the company and are active during the time the employee is discharged.

It is advisable to check "Remember Password" for agility app is absolutely secure. Once inside the session, you can change the password to one chosen by the user in the main menu of the application.

Remember password reset email must include the company with which the administrator has been discharged.


Upon entering the Time Labor app you will find a menu with different options:

Validate hours - means to validate the voluntary acceptance marked timesheet from the application, or modification of those hours made by the worker.
The hours are validated once finished the workday. It will appear a pop up on your phone to remind you. If you choose not validate at the time, you can access them later to do so.

If you are on sick leave, vacation leave or to reflect your company must not receive the pop up daily and so do not validate your missing hours. If you mistakenly notification arrives, press "Down" or "Holiday" notice will be sent to your company to not notify you again until joining.

What has to be done to validate your hours?

Before validate button, you'll see your schedule marked by agreement. Since it is necessary to specify the time of entry and actual output, the user can adjust the time manually. The app reflects the times "that the employee is" to be the effective hours. If the number of hours stipulated differs from validated daily by the company, you will be asked if this change in hours is justified or not justified.

And what is the difference between change justified or not justified?

It is justified, it means that the change in validated hours - when they differ from those stipulated by contract- responds to a good cause by agreement or contract as medical, moving, delays accepted by your company ... In this case, the app labor time will also count the time that has not been in person at work (contract hours). If it is longer and is justified by the company that added time will tell.

The opposite case is one in which the change to the valid hours - when they differ from those stipulated by contract- not respond to a good cause by agreement or contract or not accepted by your company. And in this case Labor Time will reflect the difference and should fit with your company.


Weekly signature - Weekly will be asked to sign from your mobile validated hours. If one day has not been possible to validate their hours or have forgotten, will be able to complete them before your signature sheet appears weekly.


Activity Report - At any time, you can generate from the menu Labor app Hora, a PDF file with the monthly summary of your schedule validated for you to take control.
