Health4Life APP
Together with the Health4Life gang, we’ll help you find out more about the ‘Big 6’ health behaviours that are super important for your physical and mental health, including:
· Being physically active 🤸
· Eating healthily 🥝
· Sleeping well 💤
· Limiting screen time 📺
· Staying alcohol-free ✌
· Staying smoke and vape-free 🚭
It can be hard to stay on top of all these behaviours when you’re busy with school, friends, family, and everything else going on in life. The Health4Life app makes it easy for you to monitor all ‘Big 6’ behaviours at once, and if you want to change any of your behaviours, the app can help you set a goal you want to work towards and keep track of your progress.
You can also explore information modules to get a deeper understanding of each health behaviour, help you set goals, and overcome barriers that might get in the way of changing your health behaviours.
The app was developed by a team of world leaders in health behaviour change and mental health from the University of Sydney, the University of Newcastle, the University of New South Wales, Northwestern University in Chicago, the University of Queensland and Curtin University.
