AdeGO is the app developed by Trizeta capable of connecting remote assistance to augmented reality (AR) technology.
Thanks to ADeGO, the assistance experience is enhanced, simplified and speeded up, so as to make communication and industrial processes faster and more efficient.

The application is compatible with Android devices (a smartphone or tablet camera is sufficient) and allows you to request support instantly to be guided step by step remotely by the operator.
Once logged into his account, the user can request assistance at any time from the technician connected via the web: it will be sufficient to create a new virtual "room" and share the access code to start a video session with which to illustrate the problem and receive detailed instructions thanks to the annotations provided by Augmented Reality.

ADeGO is extremely simple to use for anyone and guarantees a concrete saving in both time and costs that would otherwise be incurred for travel and business trips.

How to configure the application:
1. Install the ADeGO App to request assistance
2. Go to the page https://adego.trizeta.com/home on the device you want to connect to to provide assistance and enter the "Assistance Code"
