222 Challenge APP
Are you up to the 222 Challenge? Do 222 reps OVER THE COURSE OF A DAY (DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ALL AT ONCE) of any combination of at least three of the following exercises: Push-ups, pull-ups, burpees, and chair squats (alternative exercises also available for push-up, pull-up, and burpees--see information for those exercises).
It can be any combination of exercises: For example, 200 push-ups, 20 chair squats, 1 pull-up, and 1 burpee; or 50 push-ups, 50 chair squats, 61 pull-ups, and 61 burpees; or just do 222 reps of burpees if you’re a little crazy (*not recommended*); or, do the PURE222 Challenge: 81 push-ups, 30 pull-ups, 30 burpees, and 81 chair squats.
Alternatively, chose just one or more of those exercises to do daily. Record your results. Compete with others. Challenge yourself. Challenge others. Gain strength. Gain confidence. Gain health. Prizes may be given to random participants.
