• We collect app usage analysis and device data to provide better services. If an app error occurs, related data such as device ID may be passed on to a third party to resolve the problem.

• Camera: Permission to take pictures for file attachment when applying for compensation and consultation, permission to diagnose camera items when using self-diagnosis
• Photos/media/files: Permission to download files and attach images/files when applying for compensation and consulting
• Location: Permission to diagnose Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and location items when using self-diagnosis
• Proximity device: Permission to diagnose Bluetooth items when using self-diagnosis
• Microphone: Permission to diagnose microphone items when using self-diagnosis
