-Manage Anxiety- Students can track feelings of anxiety throughout the day and their response to it. As new skills are learned on how to manage anxiety through Fresh Tune, this progress can be tracked.
-Skills and Healthy Habits- Students can access a variety of resources detailing how to better respond to anger and anxiety, as well as specific skills (studying, planning, organization) and healthy habits (personal hygiene, exercise, nutrition).
Parents, mentors, and students can track their progress on a weekly basis. Increased attendance contributes to points, which ultimately allow students to earn both predetermined rewards and rewards of their choice. This is proof of their success, achievement, and commitment to an improved lifestyle. As the student continues to use the program and continues to improve, the goals are modified and adapted to best suit their needs. The students are able to review and track their progress.
