Caaap

The Amapá Lawyers Assistance Fund is an organ of the OAB/AP endowed with its own legal personality.
It was created by the OAB/AP Sectional Council upon approval of its Statute on March 27, 2009 and its purpose is assistance, and may also promote complementary security for the benefit of lawyers enrolled in the Amapá Section.
It is a non-profit charitable entity, with its own legal personality and assets, endowed with administrative and financial autonomy; and constitutes a federal public service, under the terms of the Lawyer's Statute (Law nº 8.906/94).
