Zentnl App APP

In modern workplaces, maintaining proper posture is critical for ensuring employee health, comfort, and productivity. Zentnl is an innovative solution designed to monitor and analyze posture in real-time, providing valuable insights to improve workplace ergonomics. By
identifying and addressing poor postural habits, Zentnl helps reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and other long-term health issues.

Zentnl functions as a wearable device equipped with advanced sensors to track body movements, specifically focusing on upper body lean and arm elevation. The system categorizes posture into three zones: safe (green), attention-required (yellow), and poor (red). These zones are clearly visualized in data plots, allowing users and analysts to pinpoint areas of concern. The transitions between these zones are also recorded, providing a detailed understanding of how often and under what conditions wearers move into less optimal postures.

In real-time, Zentnl offers two key functionalities:

1. Posture Monitoring: Real-time data provides a snapshot of the current condition for arm elevation and upper body lean, offering insights into whether a user is maintaining a good or bad posture.
2. "Man-Down" Function: This safety feature sends an alarm if a user becomes immobilized or calls for attention by triple-tapping the chest sensor. In case the wearer needs help, the alarm can also be triggered directly from the app.

In post-processing, Zentnl provides detailed nightly reports
based on 8-hour workdays, covering the following areas:

1. Full-Body Vibrations: Evaluates exposure to vibrations and their impact on the body.
2. Arm Elevation: Tracks the time and intensity of arm elevation beyond ergonomic thresholds.
3. Upper Body Lean: Analyzes forward leaning postures and their duration.
4. Incidents: Summarizes key posture-related events, including transitions into attention-required or poor zones.
