YouLine

YouLine is a free app that allows you to queue up or access a virtual waiting room by simply scanning a QR code. It is not necessary to register, you can log in from home and in multiple queues at the same time (thanks to the multilog) and then follow the scrolling of the queue in real time directly from your smartphone and above all wherever you want: a series of notifications will constantly alert you on the number of people in tail.


YouLine is not the first nor the only app that allows you to manage files, but it is proposed as the easiest synthesis to use and simpler to install in public or private structures such as offices, banks, airports, healthcare companies, commercial activities and branches that guarantee services to the citizen.


Among the strengths there is first of all immediacy: when you click on the app, the camera immediately opens to frame the QR code and automatically you are placed in line, without further steps or registrations that burden the process. Furthermore, if you are not familiar with the apps, you do not need to download anything and you can easily browse through the web app, even if with fewer services. Another advantage, discretion: to use the virtual queue it is not necessary to register or release any emails or sensitive data. And then the clarity: the user is not assigned a number, but a position in a row. This allows you to immediately understand how many people I have in front of me, without having to make subtractions or other operations.

In devising YouLine, our team in fact decided to "lighten" this tool from the need to use totems, displays or other hardware and to eliminate all the extra steps that slow down functionality, accessibility and in some cases even decrease the 'appeal, such as the obligation to register by releasing sensitive data.
