In the CCFEMSA Portal App, customers can consult the Coca Cola product portfolio and access exclusive promotions. In it they can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, they will be able to track all orders made to Coca Cola Femsa and review the status of the delivery (order tracking).
The portal has features such as: notifications of promotions, communication of launches, direct contact with Coca Cola Femsa to request service orders (equipment failures), clarification of doubts and suggestions. It is also a direct communication channel with Coca Cola Femsa.
