The creator of the idea of ​​creating an innovative clothing factory, moving away from the traditional industry in the region that only manufactured knitted clothing. Then in 1994 José Ferrari founded Serena Confecções, named in honor of his wife. The company started small in the partners' homes, with small production in a very artisanal way, but with products manufactured with love, care, quality, differentiated products such as shorts and microfiber coats. The business was taking on proportions, and it was necessary to look for a larger manufacturing location, so that they could meet customer demand and continue producing their products with the same quality.
Currently, Serena Confecções has become a group, called “SERENA”, holding the rights to the brands “SERENA”, “MARHALTO”, “NINA LUA”, serving retailers from all regions of Brazil.
Still in accordance with the ideas of its founder, the SERENA Group began another project. With the evolution of technology and changes in consumer habits, there was a need to get closer to the end consumer. Several ideas were analyzed and among them the need to create an online store emerged.
