Security
The protection of your health data is our top priority as a statutory health insurance company. To ensure that only you or people authorized by you have access to the online office, you must provide secure identification once.
This is how it works:
- During the registration process, the insurance number, a unique email address and a mobile phone number are collected for the user account.
- An access code (QR code) will be sent to the address stored at BKK24. After scanning this QR code, enter a new access password.
- All later relevant data changes also require two-factor authentication.

BKK24 will continually expand its online office.
