Lebensmittel Inhaltsstoffe APP

This app shows you more than 100 ingredients from over 14,000 foods and highlights intolerances and intolerances based on your settings. It therefore offers support for various illnesses and intolerances, e.g. irritable bowel syndrome/irritable stomach, fructose intolerance or lactose intolerance, and can help to implement certain forms of nutrition, e.g. a low-FODMAP diet.
Foods are classified into green, yellow and red depending on the intolerance/intolerance selected.
Currently, intolerances to the following substances are supported:
* Fructose
* Lactose
* Sorbitol
* Oligosaccharides
*FODMAPs
* Sucrose
In addition, foods with a high proportion of the following substances can also be color-coded:
* Calorific value (kilocalories)
* Fiber
* Salt
* Carbohydrates
* Fat
* Protein

The foods are grouped into categories, which can also be easily searched using a full-text search.

The ingredients displayed include:
* Main nutrients (e.g. bread units, kilocalories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, cholesterol)
* Vitamins (vitamin A, folic acid, biotin, B vitamins, vitamin C, beta-carotene and much more)
* Minerals and supraelements (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, fluoride and much more)
* Amino acids (arginine, histidine, lysine, tyrosine and much more)
* Fatty acids (linolenic acid, saturated / unsaturated fatty acids, butyric acid and much more)
* Special carbohydrates (glucose, fructose, sorbitol, lactose, starch, xylitol, polysaccharides and much more)
* Other (fiber, lignin, table salt, uric acid)

All ingredients are listed standardized per 100g of the corresponding food.
