Kiber Field

KIBER is a web-based solution for remote assistance and complex maintenance operations. It enables a field technician receiving audio/video support from remote experts, via a secure and reliable network or satellite connection.

KIBER allows for remote communication and interaction in the following situations:
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding
- Maintenance
- Training
- Production
- Inspecting industrial assets before consignment to clients
- Supervising

The remote expert can see what the field technician is doing. At the same time, the field technician sees on the smartphone/tablet, or on an external visor, what the remote expert tells him to do.
