Inca Sushi brings you a little bit of the legacy of two ancient cultures: Peruvian and Japanese. Both cultures came into contact at the end of the 19th century, with the Japanese diaspora to the Americas. Peru and Japan share the same ocean, similar climates and both have gastronomic richness. As a result, Nikkei cuisine emerged. The result of this is ceviche, tiradito and maki sushi with Peruvian spices. We are a family of Peruvian cooks very happy to introduce you to our culture!
