ezManage - Delivery APP
Once a driver is assigned to a delivery they will be able to access important customer and delivery details right from the ezManage - Delivery app. When the order is ready for delivery, the driver will begin tracking which will help provide visibility into the status of the order and reduce the number of manual communications between the restaurant, the customer, and the ezCater support team. Upon arrival, the driver will be able to contact the customer through a masked phone number to ensure privacy for all parties. The ezManage - Delivery app also provides the ability for a driver to upload a photo and leave feedback about the delivery which will help resolve any issues post fulfillment.
