• ACTIVATION OF THE CONTRACT
Thank you for combining a Support Extension with your purchase! The contract must be activated and through APP the operation will be very easy and intuitive, following the instructions of the dedicated section.

• REQUEST FOR REPAIR INTERVENTION
Has the legal guarantee expired and your product broken ?! Through the APP you can directly request the repair intervention, taking care to insert all the information requested.

• DISPLAY OF THE REPAIR STATE OF ACTION
Keep everything under control! If you have requested a repair, in the appropriate section you can be updated in real time on the assistance activity and monitor the progress of the intervention.

The APP Extends also provides a FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section to offer immediate answers to the most common needs. Two other methods support, instead, the request for a direct contact with a qualified operator of the Operational Center:
