ADJUST IT is a smoking cessation application that checks daily smoking status and helps you reach smoking cessation in the long run.

smoking cessation time
The time will be recorded after using the application.
If you smoke while using the application, the smoking history page, widget, displays the time after the last smoking.

smoking record
Adding smoking records after smoking, such as cigarettes and e-cigarettes, automatically recalculates the beneficial effects of smoking cessation achieved so far.
You can check your smoking history with smoking statistics.

breathing score measurement
Record your breathing daily by converting it into a score.
It is not a measurement of lung capacity, but it is a function to easily check that your lung capacity increases through quitting smoking.

anti-smoking mission
It is a function that enables you to achieve quitting smoking in the long term through a short-term smoking cessation mission. If you succeed in the smoking cessation mission, you will temporarily remove some ads.

smoking statistics
We manage all our smoking records, mission success, and achieve beneficial effects from smoking cessation by date, and show them on a smoking calendar and graph.
Also, it shows the smoking weather according to the number of cigarettes smoked.

widget
It provides a widget so that you can easily check your smoking cessation status.
