ZOL Interactief

Via the ZOL interactive app you can complete various questionnaires regarding your treatment within the Oost Limburg Hospital. The results of these questionnaires are immediately available for you and your practitioner. This information is important for your treating physician to get a good idea of ​​how you are doing during treatment.

ZOL interactive consists of the following components:

Activity screen
Under ACTIVITIES you will find questionnaires that fit in with your care path. If you have forgotten to fill in a questionnaire, you will receive a reminder here and you can see how long the questionnaire will remain available.

Dashboard
The DASHBOARD is a graphical representation of your answers to the questionnaires. In this way you can monitor whether your dizziness increases, decreases or remains stable week after week.
File
You can consult the questionnaires themselves, supplemented with your answers, in the DOSSIER screen.

Under INFORMATION you can read more about the care path started for you, about the ZOL hospital in general and about the use of the app.
Profile
The PROFILE provides insight into your personal data. In addition, you can here: change your password, close the ZOL interactive session, set settings such as receiving push notifications and access via fingerprint if your device is suitable for this.
