xatSalut

Welcome to xatSalut, a mobile application developed by the Catalan Health Service to provide a secure instant messaging platform to the professionals of the Integral Health System of Public Use of Catalonia (SiSCAT). This tool has been created to improve communication between professionals from the different providers of the public health system in Catalonia, ensuring a safe and effective channel.



The application was initially developed by the Catalan Health Institute with the mission of improving internal coordination. Due to its success and usefulness, the use of xatSalut has been extended to the rest of SiSCAT professionals, facilitating fluid and confidential communication throughout the health system.



With xatSalut, professionals can send instant messages, create workgroups, share documents, videos and images securely. The application ensures that all communications are private and protected, complying with the necessary security standards for health information.



In addition, chatSalut is a free application without commercial goals. Users do not have to pay anything to download it, use it or access its services. This initiative seeks exclusively to improve collaboration and efficiency between healthcare professionals, contributing to better care for patients and more efficient management of resources.
