X&O Tic Tac Toe

For two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3/3 grid, Tic-tac-toe noughts and crosses is a paper-and-pencil game. The winner is the player who manages to place three of their marks in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical row. Else a game is forced with draw that means both players play the best.
