Sultan Qaboos University attaches special importance to its students with disabilities, and in an effort to enhance the use of modern technology in the educational environment, a smart platform has been devised to provide a range of services to students in order to facilitate the completion of daily tasks in record time and with less effort. The idea of ​​the platform is based on the use of volunteers from students and employees at the university, who are trained according to specific controls to provide the service, where the beneficiary student can request the appropriate service through a smart phone application, determine the time to start the request and the duration of its implementation, and choose the location of the task completion. The available services are evaluated by the level of service quality and the volunteer's performance.
