Workable is a platform allowing direct engagement between businesses and contractors, without the need for an agency or middle man. We help solve the problem of peaks and troughs in workflow, by allowing a seamless connection between companies/contractors with a lot on and looking for help, with other companies/contractors experiencing a gap in their schedule and looking for work. The ability to upload qualifications, insurances, references and other documents onto profiles allows for an easy vetting process.
