This application managed by “We Are Your Voice” serves as an one-stop destination for the employment and livelihood of differently-abled persons (DAPs). The differently-abled persons can register themselves in the App to apply for the prospective open positions in the companies. The App posts job vacancies from employers and keep updating the status on a real-time basis. The App allows volunteers to register themselves for impending volunteering opportunities to serve the different-abled community. The differently-abled persons could take the help of volunteers for mobilisation and support to attend interviews. The App will also send skill-pills or learning bites which will help the DAPs to sharpen their soft skills. As much as possible, verified news/ announcement from Government of Tamil Nadu relevant to differently - abled will also be posted in the App. The App will also host probable self-employment opportunities for DAPs and provide necessary guidance for inception. The App will also provide latest information regarding the upcoming job fairs, training and other events relevant for differently-abled persons. The differently-abled persons also have the option to receive timely notifications and updates from the App.
