Simply:
- Wasfago will screen the area around your home, until it finds the pharmacy that covers your insurance and have stock of your meds
- The pharmacy will contact your health insurance to obtain approvals for dispensing your meds
- Once approved, the pharmacy will deliver your meds to your home, within 90 min
Wasfago network includes more than 250 retail pharmacy outlet covers the entire UAE, so we are very close to your home & you don't have to worry if our service is covered by your health insurance or not (having +250 Pharmacy means that we have more than one Pharmacy in your area). The majority of health insurance providers are served by our network; Such as:

Daman (National Health Insurance ) and Thiqa (Daman), Nextcare insurance , Oman health insurance (Sukoon), Aetna/Neuron health insurance, Aafiya health insurance, Nas health insurance, Orient health insurance, AXA Gulf health insurance, and more

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Wasfago is approved by DHA
- Each pharmacy in our network is licensed by health authorities for home delivery service
- Pharmacy home delivery is unconditionally free of charge
- For optimum experience, once you install Wasfago app make sure to add home address, your ID and your family members ID's -Once & for all-
- In compliance with health authorities regulations, some meds are not eligible for home delivery. In such cases, our team will inform you and suggest Pharmacy pick-up to you instead
