For the first time, we introduced the GPS tracking system in the Inland waterways (Launch) sector. Users can easily see the vessel’s location through the Vromon App.
We offered various types of cabins and seats from different types of vessels for multiple domestic routes. Using the vromon app, users can book their advanced tickets very easily and fast.
Bus-
You can find your bus tickets for almost every district with many routes. From 500+ coach buses choose the best deals for your desired journey. Filter your preferred bus by price, time, seat, facilities, dropoff point, and many more.
Airline -
You can book all domestic airlines ticket with vromon at the best price for one way, round way, and multicity.
Hotel and Resort-
Find out the best hotel and resort for your desired locations. Customize your preferred hotels and resorts by price range, rating, facilities, and many more within a minute.
Payment-
We accept all types of cards (debit and credit), Internet banking, mobile banking services. We also accept International Credit card payments. We used the Bangladeshi most secured payment gateway system provider SSLCOMMERZ.
Cancel and refund-
You may cancel your ticket prior to 12 hours from the time of the journey. (For some operators it would be 24 hours instead of 12 hours.)
You will get your refund in your payee account (MOBILE BANKING/CARD BANKING/INTERNET BANKING) from which the payment was made within the next 7-10 working days.
We do not have any control over refund processing time between online payment gateways and banks. Therefore, once we have made the refund from our end, we will not have any control over further processing. We have to follow what the payment gateway tells us.
It will be entirely your responsibility to check with your bank (as you are the customer of your bank) after 7-10 working days of the refund made from our end.
