For your convenience, VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas) offers the option of purchasing a ticket and performing digital check-in, now also via the APP. Check in at least 72 hours before your flight. This service is available for all regular and domestic flights, at all airports operated by VOEPASS (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas).

Attention: This service is not available for children under 12 years of age and for groups.

Customers WITHOUT LUGGAGE to check in must present themselves at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure of the flight. Except in São Paulo - Congonhas, check-in closes 40 minutes before take-off.
And for customers WITH LUGGAGE to be checked in, they must present themselves at the VOEPASS check-in counter (Passaredo Linhas Aéreas and MAP Linhas Aéreas) at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time to check in their baggage.
