Application for Mondial Assistance providers enabling:

Light Mode (Plays service on Vianet Web)
- Sending GPS signal even in the background or with locked screen
- Vehicle status (availability) change

Full Mode (Plays services directly in the app with audible alert)
- Accept / refuse service
- Customer arrival validation
- Service termination

By default all users are in Light mode. To change the mode selected in your user profile, contact your Provider Network Manager.

To register as a Mondial Assistance / Allianz Partners provider:
1) access the link (https://www.allianz-partners.com/pt_BR/fale-conosco.html)
2) fill in your details in the section “Be our provider”
3) soon our provider network team will contact you
