VIAAS provides an online service for video surveillance and monitoring. Simply plug VIAAS cameras into your broadband connection and you are ready to go. Please note that the VIAAS mobile app can only be used with VIAAS cameras with an active service plan.

Account Removal:
Your VIAAS account, as well as individual user accounts, can be removed by making a request via the "Submit Feedback" form within the app or at https://viaas.com/view/, which can be accessed using the "About this Service" link in the top right of the screen.

The account deletion request will be reviewed by support staff, and in some cases verified to prevent abuse. When account deletion is run, your email address, password, phone number and login attempt records are immediately removed from the VIAAS system. System logs are removed after 90 days.
