Va bene® is a free application intended for SUEZ recycling and recovery France customers. It allows you to manage all of your waste by sending your collection requests directly to our planning teams.

Va bene® is your everyday app for collecting your waste:

👌 SIMPLE: choose the place of collection, the type of waste and the material to be collected

⚡️ QUICK: validate your request in order to send it directly to our planning teams

✅ EFFECTIVE: follow the history of your sent requests

To use your Va bene® app:

1. Download the application

2. Create your account by specifying your customer number (find it on your invoice, it consists of 8 or 10 digits).

3. Register your service sites

4. Send your collection requests
